Delete Your Account

Overview

An account with Phantom US is optional and stores only your private watchlist and portfolio tickers. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time, in two ways. Deletion is permanent and complete.

Option 1 — In the app (immediate)

Open the cockpit at us.biviumlabs.com/cockpit.
Go to the Account tab and sign in.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your login and all your data right away, permanently. It cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email

Email contact@biviumlabs.com from the address you registered with and ask us to delete your account. We process deletion requests within a reasonable time (normally within 30 days), except where the law requires retention.

What gets deleted

Your account: your email address and password.
Your lists: every watchlist and portfolio ticker you saved, along with their order and timestamps.

Nothing you created remains after deletion. We hold no other personal data about you (see the Privacy Policy).

What this does not affect

The public site — Cockpit and Valuation — stays available without an account.
Deleting your account does not delete these instructions or the public site.
