Summary

Phantom US shows display-only, end-of-day research signals for US stocks. You can use the whole public site without an account. An account is optional and exists only to save a private watchlist and portfolio list; we collect the minimum needed for that and nothing more.

Data we collect

Account (optional): your email address and a password. The password is hashed by our authentication provider; we never store or see it in plain text.
Watchlist & portfolio: the tickers you add, their sort order, and when you added them. Stored per account and visible only to you.
Session: a login token kept in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. Clearing site data removes it.
Hosting logs: this is a static site; its hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) to operate the service.

What we do NOT do

No advertising, no behavioral tracking, and no third-party analytics on this site.
No selling, renting, or sharing of your personal data for marketing purposes.
No collection beyond what is listed above.

How we use data

To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
To store and display your private watchlist and portfolio list.
To respond when you contact us by email.

Storage & security

Account and list data are stored with a third-party cloud service and isolated per account (row-level security): only you, after signing in, can access your lists. Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Sharing

We share data only with the cloud providers that operate authentication, storage, and static hosting for us, acting as data processors. Beyond that, we do not share your personal data with any third party for commercial purposes, unless required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all of its data yourself, immediately, in the app (Account → Delete account), or by emailing contact@biviumlabs.com from the address you registered with; email requests are processed within a reasonable time (normally within 30 days), except where the law requires retention. Full instructions: how to delete your account. You can also add or remove watchlist and portfolio entries yourself at any time in the app.

Children

This site is not directed to, and does not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 16.
